Orders will be distributed at practice once complete. Please allow 3 weeks after order deadline for delivery. All orders need to be picked up at our store front location.

We will not ship your order. However, we still need you to input a shipping address. Please use your billing address to fulfill this requirement.

Also, please note that we currently are not accepting American Express cards in the checkout.
