Job Title: Retail Sales Associate/Heat Press Operator

Part Time – Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends during peak season) 15-25 hours per week

Hours: 2:00-6:00 PM (Flexible based on availability)

Required Skills:

-Customer Service

-Experience decorating apparel and running a heat press machine

-Experience in receiving merchandise orders from distributors

-Attention to detail (Missing apparel, logos don’t look right)

-Knowledge of heat transfer material types

Ability to read a packing slip and invoice and find order discrepancies

-Must be reliable/dependable

-Knowledge of Point of Sale or cash register

-Creative problem solving

Job Description:

-Providing excellent customer service

-Helps to maintain a tidy retail floor and production area that we are all proud of

-Merchandising the retail floor

-Work with the Production Coordinator to deliver high quality customized apparel

-Decorate athletic apparel for walk-in customers and team orders including but not limited to uniforms and fan gear

-Waiting on customers on retail floor, helping customers find product and filing out order forms if necessary

-Check in merchandise from vendors and separate items for different production jobs

-Contacting vendors regarding discrepancies with orders

-Adhering to production schedule when working on the heat press machines/ works at productive rate of speed

-Quality Control

-Cutting and weeding heat transfer logos

-Communicating with fellow press operators about production job status

-Answering telephone calls and calling or texting customers when their orders are complete

-Packaging apparel for individual groups

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
